Journées du Patrimoine, Bicentenaire de la mort de Lazare Carnot à Nolay

The event "LE GRAND CARNOT" will take place at the town hall of Nolay from Saturday 16 September to Sunday 24 September 2023, it will include :
AN EXHIBITION presenting the different facets of LAZARE CARNOT with the help of: descriptive panels, personal objects, books, letters and poems written by his hand.
THREE CONFERENCES :
- Lazare Carnot, the man by Yves Fournier
- Lazare Carnot, the poet by Michel Huvet
- Lazare Carnot, the scientist by Gilles Bertrand
TWO CONCERTS :
- Around Lazare's poems sung by one of his young descendants, Amélie Alù soprano, alternating with poems read by Edouard Bouyé
- An organ concert of music from the revolutionary period in the church of St Martin de Nolay.
A PERFORMANCE created and performed by fourth grade students from the Lazare Carnot College in Nolay.
A TRACKING GAME in Nolay, created by another class of fourth graders from the college.
