On an autumn morning, our head sommelier Benjamin Maillet will accompany you on a food and wine tasting session lasting between 2.30 and 3 hours:
- gourmet coffee in The Library lounge bar at Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa
- a visit to the Beaune market and shopping for regional products
- tasting of 4 wines (2 white wines and 2 red wines) with food and wine pairings in the vineyards or at the Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa, depending on your choice.
