Garum is a chic bistro in a splendid bourgeois house at the foot of the ramparts of Beaune. Chef Christophe Bocquillon has created this new establishment, in place of the former restaurant Jardin des Remparts. In this new place, completely reinvented, he serves a bistronomic cuisine intended for bon vivants with exceptional meat and fish dishes.
