CHAUDENAY

Born Caldoneum in the Gallo-Roman era, and baptised Chaudenay in the Middle Ages, the village has an admirable heritage based around its Church of Saint Véran, inspired by Cîteaux in the 13th century, an 18th-century château and a 17th-century mansion with pigeon loft.
