Housed in an inner courtyard, just a few steps from the Hospices de Beaune, the Etablissements Fallot are the last to prepare mustard according to recipes handed down through the generations and to grind the seeds using stone millstones, thus giving the paste all its gustatory qualities.

Preciously preserved old tools and equipment, arranged within the original Napoleonic building (as they might have been in a mustard maker's workshop in the 19th century), will plunge you, thanks in particular to a lighting, sound and olfactory display, into a timeless atmosphere like no other: that of mustard.

A fun and interactive tour (using the most modern museographic processes) will take you back through the centuries to recall the gestures and traditions linked to mustard and its history and lead you to new sensory experiences!

So, if you want to be introduced to new pleasures, from making to tasting, this is an immersion in the world of mustard that you should not miss!
