Immersion au Domaine Evenstad

The Domaine Evenstad, located in Santenay (1 place du Jet d'Eau) offers you its range of Great Burgundy Wines from prestigious appellations such as Pommard, Gevrey-Chambertin or Nuits-Saint-Georges. This is Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in all their splendour, vinified and matured to create "haute couture" vintages.

Accompanied by a dedicated expert, the Immersion Experience is a unique opportunity to visit our 19th century stacked cellars, where time and expertise gradually bring the wines to maturity before bottling. At the end of the visit, you will enjoy a tasting of six wines in a private space with a cosy and warm atmosphere, surrounded by barrels, in immersion. This experience can be done in small groups (14 participants maximum).

The Great Wines of Burgundy deserve a special setting. This is why we have carried out extensive renovation work on the 1838 Grande Maison, Place du Jet d'eau, in Santenay, which is now the new home of Domaine Evenstad.
