Founded in 1796, Mulot & Petitjean has a long and illustrious history that has contribute to made Dijon the French capital of gingerbread.

Between tradition and modernity, Mulot & Petitjean remains a family business, faithful to a tradition passed on from generation to generation expertise.

Today, our Gingerbread is still hand made with carefully selected ingredients to provide our customers with high quality product.
In March 2012 the House Mulot & Petitjean was awarded EPV ('Living Heritage Company') for its history and its ancient heritage, its capacity for innovation, and its rare skill.

Welcome and discover our wide range og gingerbread in our shop located in Beaune city center, clothe to the famous Hospices de Beaune.

Opening hours : Tuesday to Saturday : 9h-12h and 14h to 19h
Opened on mondays and sundays from april to december.
