Property of Léonce Bocquet. He had these buildings built for the vinification and maturing of the wines from his various estates. The house was rebuilt as a Maison de Maître in the 1870s. This undeniably left a unique mark on the face of the Côte de Beaune. After the death of Léonce Bocquet, the house changed owners several times, until the Swiss family group Schenk bought it in 1964.
