L'été culturel de tous les soleils à Savigny-Les-Beaune

This type of dial was born in Boug en Bresse in the 16th century and developed in our region in the 19th century. These dials are made on the ground, with an ellipse to indicate the hours and a board in the centre for the location of the "style" which is formed by the human body. Everyone will be invited to come and participate in the setting up of the ellipse, the making of the elements that will mark the location of the hours and above all to have a good time.
A playful "holiday booklet" on the theme of art, time, the sun and its representation in art, is published and distributed to participants.
