The Discovery Days often take place on a Saturday. A full day to enter the fascinating world of Burgundy wines and learn, glass in hand, the methodology of wine tasting.
Learn to look, smell, taste white wines, red wines and Crémant de Bourgogne and identify their aromas. The conservation, the service of the wines and the association of food and wines are also approached
After a good tasting lunch, the afternoon is devoted to discovering the vineyard with a reading of the landscape in the Grands Crus of the Côte de Nuits, a commented visit of the mythical Château du Clos de Vougeot and a visit and tasting in a wine estate
At the end of this day, you will be more at ease in front of a glass of Burgundy and will begin to find the right words to comment on the wines and share your impressions.
