Gharnata

Gharnata means Granada in Arabic.
Why this title? Because, as a Granadian, Luis de la Carrasca is aware of the legacy left by this extraordinary civilisation in its heyday.

Surrounded on this opus by a bewitching dancer and five musicians, guitarists, double bassist, percussionist, pianist and choir, his lyrics refer to the values that are indispensable to humanity: respect, coexistence, tolerance, generosity, will, faith, goodness and most importantly Love, of one's neighbour, of life, of the earth, of nature.

Feeling the need to address our roots, which guide us towards the future without forgetting where we come from and who we are, Luis de la Carrasca also pays tribute to the universal geniuses Federico García Lorca, Antonio Machado or the great Bizet. An unforgettable heritage for humanity!
