Dégustation commentée : les cartes parcellaires des grands crus

Through a commented tasting, Laurent Gotti, journalist and wine taster, shares with us his recent research which has led to the publication of an "Atlas parcellaire des Grands crus de Bourgogne", in the Pierre Poupon Collection.
The aim of his work is to detail the cartography of the 33 great Burgundy growths, by locating the winegrowers who develop them on the basis of cadastral parcels. The book will characterise the typicity of each of these grands crus thanks to the contribution of numerous testimonies from winemakers, oenologists and the geologist Françoise Vannier.
